Job Purpose
To provide exceptional customer service by efficiently managing and processing web orders, responding to customer enquiries and complaints via email and chat and supporting the team with call handling as needed.
The role ensures that all customer interactions whether complaints, queries or follow ups are addressed promptly and accurately, maintaining high service standards and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and download, Check and input web orders throughout the day
- Respond to enquiry emails
- Respond to complaint emails
- Respond to complaint/query messages on chat
- Assisting with overflow of calls as directed
- To ensure a consistently high level of service is provided by;
- Ensure that any incoming calls of complaint, follow up or enquiry are dealt with promptly or routed to the relevant person/department efficiently
Experience:
- Computer literate to a competent level - Microsoft Office
- Competent in the use of emails
- Incoming telephone order taking and customer service experience
- Experience of dealing with the public
- Excellent commincation skills both verbal and written
