We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a friendly and fast-paced team based in Bulwell, Nottingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys working in a busy environment, supporting both customers and internal teams.

The Role

As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a high level of support across a range of enquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient service from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming sales enquiries and providing accurate information

  • Preparing and issuing pricing quotations

  • Managing and resolving invoice queries

  • Responding to despatch and delivery queries

  • Processing returns and issuing return authorisations

  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal departments

  • Ensuring all systems and records are kept up to date

About You

  • Some experience in a customer service, sales support or co-ordination role

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive and positive team player
