We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a friendly and fast-paced team based in Bulwell, Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys working in a busy environment, supporting both customers and internal teams.
The Role
As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a high level of support across a range of enquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient service from enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Handling incoming sales enquiries and providing accurate information

Preparing and issuing pricing quotations

Managing and resolving invoice queries

Responding to despatch and delivery queries

Processing returns and issuing return authorisations

Building strong relationships with customers and internal departments

Ensuring all systems and records are kept up to date
About You
-
Some experience in a customer service, sales support or co-ordination role

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

A proactive and positive team player
