Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive team in Nottingham on a temporary basis, with immediate starts available.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable customer service experience within a professional contact centre environment, where you will receive full training and ongoing support from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound calls
• Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient customer experience
• Taking accurate messages and recording important information
• Ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and effectively
• Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
• Working as part of a supportive team to maintain excellent service standards
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous customer service or call handling experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high standards
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
