Job Purpose

This is a standalone role responsible for planning, creating and delivering multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads and support overall business growth.

While the role operates independently, we are seeking a candidate with the ambition and capability to develop into a future marketing leader someone who combines modern marketing skills with strong, “old-school” values such as integrity, accountability and a hands on, results driven approach.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Support and drive brand awareness, brand development and lead generation initiatives
  • Plan and execute product marketing campaigns including concept development, content creation, launch, performance tracking and optimisation
  • Manage social media channels, content planning, creation, scheduling, monitoring and paid promotion opportunities
  • Create engaging marketing assets including images, videos and case studies
  • Proofread and maintain high quality standards across all marketing materials
  • Organise and manage marketing documentation and digital assets
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the factory and sales teams, to align messaging and activity
  • Produce and distribute newsletters and email campaigns
  • Maintain and update the company website
  • Plan and coordinate exhibitions and events, including stand design and logistics
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support pipeline development
  • Contribute to and support the ongoing marketing strategy
  • Undertake additional marketing duties as required

 

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and hands on, with a can-do attitude across all areas of marketing and internal communication
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and other essential digital tools
  • Experience managing social media accounts and using platform tools effectively
  • Ability to support and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategy
  • Skilled in content creation, including video and photo editing
