We are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join a well-established and reputable legal firm based in Derby.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed and career-focused Paralegal who is looking to build a long-term future within Family Law as part of a supportive and professional team.
The successful candidate will support Solicitors across a varied caseload including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements and domestic abuse matters.
Duties will include:

Supporting Solicitors with Family Law cases

Preparing legal documents and court bundles

Managing client files and correspondence
-
Liaising with clients, courts and third parties

Diary management and arranging appointments

Assisting with the progression of cases from instruction through to completion

Handling confidential and sensitive matters professionally
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience within a Family Law Paralegal role

A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within Family Law
