Social Housing Repairs Administrator

£28,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

We are recruiting an experienced Administrator to join a growing refurbishment and maintenance team, supporting social housing projects across the region. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in social housing, repairs, or planned maintenance, who understands the pace, systems, and coordination required to deliver works such as kitchens & bathrooms, external refurbishments, and damp & mould programmes.
The Role

Provide administrative and call-handling support across social housing refurbishment and maintenance contracts

Coordinate appointments with tenants, operatives, and subcontractors

Manage and update works on internal and client systems (including EasyBop)

Support delivery of programmes including kitchens & bathrooms, external works, and damp & mould remediation

Ensure all data, job updates, and records are accurate and up to date

Work closely with delivery teams to ensure KPIs and service levels are met

Deliver a high level of customer service when handling tenant enquiries
About You

MUST have previous experience within social housing, repairs, or planned maintenance

Experience working for a council, local authority, housing association, or social housing contractor is highly desirable

Understanding of maintenance programmes such as kitchens & bathrooms, externals, or damp & mould

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with systems such as Total Mobile, Risk Hub, or EasyBop is advantageous
