Temporary Inbound Call Agent

Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
£12.75 per hour
We’re currently recruiting friendly, professional Inbound Call Agents to join our team on a temporary basis, with immediate starts available. Full training is provided, so you’ll be supported from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling a variety of inbound calls on behalf of our clients
- Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service at all times
- Accurately taking messages, including key caller details and information
- Ensuring messages are passed on promptly to the correct teams
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is essential
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Reliable, punctual and able to commit to the assignment
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail with good keyboard skills
- Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure
- A team player who can also work confidently on their own
