Join our client’s team as a temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant in Beeston! This role is perfect for someone with experience in purchase ledger work and familiarity with Sage 200.

Role Details:

  • Location: Beeston

  • Pay Rate: £14.36 per hour

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

  • Duration: Approximately 4 weeks (with potential for extension)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Experience: Sage 200 experience desirable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices accurately and on time

  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries

  • Maintain purchase ledger records and update the accounting system

  • Assist with month-end and reporting activities

  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
