Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We’re currently supporting our client in Beeston with the recruitment of a Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their friendly finance team on an initial temporary basis.
Duties will include:
• Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
• Maintaining purchase ledger records and updating the accounting system
• Supporting with month-end processes and reporting tasks
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to help ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations
Previous purchase ledger experience is essential and experience using Sage 200 would be highly beneficial!
