Temporary Quality Officer
Nottingham
Full Time – 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday
£12.75 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Quality Officer to join a Nottingham based organisation on a fixed-term basis for approximately 4–5 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination experience who enjoys working in a quality-focused environment and building positive working relationships with stakeholders.
The Role
You will support the delivery of external quality assurance processes and provide administrative support across a range of quality activities. The successful candidate will liaise with external quality assurance personnel, support centres with queries, coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting quality assurance processes by reviewing reports and monitoring action plans
- Coordinating and organising external quality visits
- Managing and responding to queries within the Quality inbox
- Organising standardisation and CPD meetings, including administration and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and systems in line with GDPR requirements
- Supporting centres with advice and guidance relating to visits and reports
- Assisting with continuous improvement of systems and procedures
- Providing administrative support for self assessment activities
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with centres and colleagues
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous administrative or quality support experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
- Experience working within regulated, education, compliance or quality environments would be advantageous
