We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to join a busy and friendly team in Retford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional first impression
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Booking appointments and maintaining calendars
- Supporting general administrative tasks as required
About You:
- Previous reception or customer-facing experience is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Well-organised with good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
